Job Order Management (JOM)
- Ability to assign recruiter to be responsible for a job order
- Multiple client contact (i.e. hiring manager, contract manager)
- Parsing of the job order description to load all skills into the skills section of the Job Order.
- Define required and optional skills requirement for each job order.
- Define threshold for submittals - by client and job order
- Ability to search and sort job order by variety of factors (i.e. no cover, client, recruiters, sales person, etc)
- Ability to match candidates to job order.
